Summary

Wulse does not collect or transmit your check-ins, notes, or assessment responses. This information is stored locally in an encrypted database on your device. Wulse does not require an account and does not use analytics to track your app activity.

What data does Wulse collect?

Wulse does not collect personal reflection data. Its App Store privacy label states “Data Not Collected.” Purchases are processed by Apple, and RevenueCat verifies purchase entitlements; neither receives your check-ins, notes, or assessment responses.

There are:

• No user accounts or registration
• No analytics or usage tracking inside the app
• No third-party sharing of reflection content
• No cookies on this website
• No advertising or ad networks
• No server-side storage of any kind

Where is my data stored?

Check-ins, notes, assessments, and workplace records are stored locally in an encrypted database on your device. Wulse uses AES-256 encryption. A backup you export is encrypted; after export, its destination and retention are controlled by you.

Who can see my data?

Your employer, IT department, and the Wulse developer cannot access reflections stored on your device. Apple processes App Store purchases, and RevenueCat verifies the related entitlement. These purchase services do not receive your reflection content.

Website analytics

This website (wulse.app) uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and to see which pages, referrers, countries, devices, and browsers visitors come from. It does not use cookies, does not identify you personally, and does not follow you across other websites or apps. The data is anonymous and used only as aggregated statistics. It applies to this website only, not to the Wulse app.

Third-party sharing

Wulse does not send reflection content to third parties. Apple processes purchases and RevenueCat verifies subscription entitlements. No advertising networks are used. The only analytics on this website is Vercel Web Analytics, described above.

Subscriptions and purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat is used to verify the purchase entitlement. Wulse does not receive your full payment credentials.

How to delete your data

Since all data lives on your device, deleting the Wulse app removes Wulse’s local app data from that device. It does not delete any encrypted backup file that you previously exported to another location. You can also clear app data from within Settings.

Children’s privacy

Wulse is intended for adults (18+) and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date, and the change will be listed here.

• October 29, 2026: Added Vercel Web Analytics to this website (wulse.app) for anonymous, cookie-free page-view statistics. Nothing changed in the Wulse app.
